Enterprise Values, Strategy Alignment, & Winning Cultures!

To compete effectively, enterprise leaders must understand the strategic plan; agree with and buy into it; know how to execute it. But strategy alone will not drive exceptional execution- something more is needed: a strong culture that can empower people to take risks without fearing failure or looking for scapegoats when things don't work out. In this 3 - Part series, Dr. Mike Barger presents the opportunity to learn from his vast experience, offering insights of JetBlue's journey from the time he co-founded the company with his brother through creating and implement the company's core values, which still stand to this day.
